How much can I drink?
The right dosage can be different for everyone. It is best to start with one drink and listen to your body.
We recommend that you do not take more than 4 servings per day.
Who should not drink ADA?
ADA contains concentrated powerful botanicals and unfortunately is not suitable for everyone.
ADA is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, or anyone under the age of 18.
If you are taking medication or have long-term health conditions, you should talk to your doctor before drinking ADA.
Please note that ADA Rise has a high natural caffeine content.
Is ADA vegan?
Does ADA contain sugar?
ADA contains some natural sugar from fruit juices and agave syrup, which we use for taste and stability of the product.
Does ADA contain caffeine?
ADA Rise contains a strong dose of natural caffeine from Green Tea and Green Coffee. One serving of ADA Rise (50ml) contains 40mg of caffeine, which is slightly less than a typical espresso.
ADA Rest contains no caffeine.
How long do the products keep?
When stored in a cool, dry place, ADA will keep for months if unopened.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within a few days.
